Shipping Policy

Everything we carry is one of a kind, so this is written for single pieces rather than stock.

Online orders

The STEAL online store is opening soon. Until it does, pieces are sold in the shop on Fish Street, St Ives. If you have seen something on Instagram and cannot get to Cornwall, message us and we will arrange it by hand.

UK delivery

Orders are sent tracked and signed for with Royal Mail, dispatched within two working days of payment clearing. Delivery is typically two to three working days after dispatch. Heavier pieces such as leather jackets are sent on a courier service.

International delivery

We ship worldwide on a tracked service. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are charged by your local carrier on arrival.

Holds

We will hold a piece for 24 hours without payment, or for seven days once it is paid for, if you are travelling to collect it.

Returns and exchanges

Vintage is sold as seen. Every piece is checked, washed and repaired where it needs it, and any meaningful wear is described before you buy. Distance-sold items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in the condition they arrived, with return postage paid by the customer. Items bought in the shop are not returnable, but we will always talk it through with you.

Damaged in transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening where you can and contact us within 48 hours. We will replace, repair or refund.
