What we collect

If you join the newsletter, we store your email address. If you contact us, we store the name, email address and message you send. If you buy something, we store the order and delivery details needed to fulfil it. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to send the newsletter you asked for, to fulfil and support orders, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with the services that make the shop work: our email provider, our payment provider and our delivery carriers. We never sell or rent your information.

How long we keep it

Newsletter details until you unsubscribe. Enquiries for two years. Order records for six years, as UK tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from any email using the link at its foot. Contact us and we will act within 30 days.

We use only the cookies needed to make the site work and to understand, in aggregate, which pages people read. No advertising trackers.
